Earthing~ Taking off your shoes and connecting your feet to earth for 20 minutes up to an hour everyday has been found to help shift your whole outlook and support you having higher levels of wellbeing!
You can use it as an opportunity to disconnect from your cell phone and instead reconnect to yourself, your breath, and using your senses to connect to your environment and mother earth. It can help you to get out of your head and into your body. Supporting you to find and connect to peace. :)
