With all of Evolve & Empower's Programs and Services, the client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Furthermore, the client is solely responsible for their choices and actions with what they decide to do during their sessions and outside of them.

Holistic Healing, Biofield Tuning, Healing Touch, Reiki, and Crystal Therapy are all categorized as forms of Energy Medicine. Additionally, Holistic Healing is also known to Evolve & Empower as a tool used by a Holistic Healer. For more information on Holistic Healing, refer to FAQ Page.

Energy medicine is a collective term used to refer to a variety of energy techniques, processes, and methods based on the use, modification, and manipulation of energy fields that look at imbalances within an individual’s energy system as well as the energetic influence of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions on the body. Energy medicine methods, such as Biofield Tuning, Healing Touch, & Reiki, are designed to assess where the body’s energies are blocked, trapped, or not in harmony, and then correct the flow of these energies, thereby aligning the body’s energies to boost health and vitality. The theory behind energy medicine methods, such as Biofield Tuning & Healing Touch, is that the flow and balance of the body’s electromagnetic and more subtle energies are crucial for physical, spiritual, and emotional health, as well as for fostering overall wellbeing.

You understand when using Holistic Healing, Biofield Tuning, Healing Touch, and Reiki the practitioner is not “diagnosing” or “treating” the physical body which is the domain of the medical field and other allied health care professionals but instead is connecting to the energy or subtle “bodies” of the client that makes it possible to manifest a change or transformation which is then experienced directly by the client. You understand that there is a distinction between “healing” using Holistic Healing, Biofield Tuning, Healing Touch, and Reiki, and the practice of medicine or any other licensed healthcare practice.

 

Energy medicine methods such as Holistic Healing, Biofield Tuning, Healing Touch, and Reiki are considered “alternative” or “complementary” to the healing arts licensed in the United States. Furthermore, energy medicine methods such as Holistic Healing, Biofield Tuning, Healing Touch, and Reiki are self-regulated, and the State of Arizona does not license, certify, or register practitioners of these energy medicine modalities. While Kate Dreyfus has extensive experience as a Holistic Healer, Reiki Master, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and in Healing Touch (Level 4), and in other alternative healing arts methods, she is not a psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or other licensed healthcare professional.

If you become a client of Evolve & Empower, you acknowledge and agree to honor Evolve & Empower's 24-hour cancellation policy. Evolve & Empower's 24-hour cancellation policy states that if you reschedule, cancel, or are a no-show within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your session fee. This payment must be paid before your next session. Furthermore, after 3 Cancellations within the 24-hour window before your appointment, we will no longer be able to work together.
