Dating Readiness Program:
Our Journey Together Begins with your personalized Dating Readiness Program, which provides meaningful foundational work to support greater levels of growth, happiness, purpose, fulfillment, and success in life and love.
In the First Part of the Program, you can discover your Best Life and Life Purpose, let them be your guiding compass in life, and learn how to make them your reality.
Additionally, it's an opportunity to Be Intentional About Who You Are Becoming to support your growth and reach new heights in your confidence and self-worth.
Understanding who you are and what you want most out of life also Serves Your Love Life. It gives you clarity on the type of romantic partner who is most compatible with you in the long term, helping you choose an incredible life partner.
In the Second Part of the Program, we dive deeper into exploring Who is the Most Compatible Life Partner for you by understanding your relationship patterns, shared core values, compatible & complementary differences in personality traits, and relationship requirements & needs.
Lastly, to support your success in being fully prepared to navigate the dating process, you get to create Effective Conscious Dating Strategies, a Conscious Dating Plan, and Attraction Venues
The Conscious Dating Plan supports you in dating intentionally and creating effective dating rules for your success in navigating the dating process and dating-to-relationship experience.
The Conscious Dating Strategies include learning strategies to Scout, Sort, Screen, and Test for your relationship requirements and needs and can be used to discover highly qualified romantic partners that can support you in meeting your life partner.

Introduction Strategies support you in meeting someone you find attractive, exchanging numbers, or turning that encounter into an instant date. You also get to create strategies for dating activities and conversation topics that build confidence on your dates.
Additionally, this program supports Real Life Dating Exercises to gain awareness, growth, and confidence through experience. The real-life dating exercises can support someone to move past any fears and challenges in dating (including fear of rejection) and achieve the success that they want most in love.
It is also an opportunity to practice vulnerability skills to support you in being open and authentic, speaking your truth, and being emotionally available, thereby deepening your connection and fostering trust.
If needed, receive support in creating or improving your online dating profile to attract potential romantic partners who are more aligned with you and your dating goals. Including creating an Online Dating Plan & Strategies to support success with navigating online dating to meet your life partner.
Lastly, this program uses the Law of Attraction to create success in your love life. It's an opportunity to learn how to align your intention, action, and ability to receive to attract and manifest what you want in love.

Second Part of the Session:
The second part of the session will be dedicated to you receiving Holistic Heart-Centered Healing. This includes combining holistic healing modalities, heart-centered healing techniques, energy therapy, and the use of the Tibetan Bowl for sound therapy.
The topic addressed in the talking portion of the session is taken into consideration when determining the type of heart-centered work and holistic healing to be done in the second part of your session.
The second part of the session can also incorporate customized energetic techniques, breathwork & body scanning, guided meditation & visualization, and, if needed, customized forgiveness and compassion meditation.
If needed, I can facilitate holistic heart-openers to support holistic healing of what has closed your heart-center and create holistic healing for your relationship to love, your relationship with receiving, and what is needed. It can also include removing energetic heart walls to support expanding your capacity to receive.

My Sound Therapy Service uses Biofield Tuning forks, the Biofield Tuning method, and other customized tuning-fork techniques to work with your human energy field, chakras, physical level, mental level, emotional level, and energetic level to support your well-being and success (especially in your love life).
Additionally, you will be Actively Participating in your session, as needed, with breathwork & body scan, affirmations to help shift your mindset & emotional state, and other holistic modalities to support your healing, release, and success.
