1. Are my inquiries and my sessions with Evolve & Empower confidential?Absolutely, all inquiries and everything discussed in E&E is kept strictly confidential.

What if I don't know what type of service will best support me?No problem, we can arrange a 20-minute complimentary phone call prior to the in-person consultation & your first session for me to learn more about you and your goals. It will also give me a chance to expand on my services to see what will best support you.

How many sessions will I need and how often do I need them?It all depends on your goals, the type of service you are receiving from Evolve & Empower, and if you are seeing other professionals to help support your goals. In general, when a client is working towards a goal, I would encourage them to see me once a week or once every 2 weeks. If we go longer than two weeks it can be counterproductive because we will be playing catch up and not always having enough time to focus on the steps to move forward.

4. If I’m seeing a therapist, counselor, or another professional can I still receive Evolve & Empower services?"Yes, you can integrate as many services from different avenues to support your needs, goals, and success.

5. What type of payments do you accept?I accept cash and payments through Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle.

6. Do you offer Groupon for any of your sessions?Yes, for new clients only, we accept Groupon for our 60-minute Holistic Love Coach session. *Note- You can only apply one special or discount to one session or purchase at a time.

8. Do you have a 24-Hour cancellation policy?Sure do; if you reschedule, cancel, or are a no show within 24 hours to your appointment- you will be charged 50% of your session. This payment must be paid before your next session. After 3 Cancellations within the 24-hour window before your appointment, we will no longer be able to work together.

For this reason, Evolve & Empower does not offer any refunds for any of our services and/or Groupon purchases.
