In my private practice, I am offering an Energy Therapy Service to Support Your Success in Love! My intention is to address the Whole Person in an uplifting & empowering environment in the process of achieving your goals related to heart-centered work, self-love, love, dating, romantic relationships, and what is needed!

​My Energy Therapy Service can support deep holistic healing, rejuvenation, a calm mind, and an open heart. It facilitates higher levels of inner peace and well-being while accomplishing your goals. ​It can also provide gentle & powerful breakthroughs and transformations, reclaiming your power, and opening your heart to expand your capacity to receive. Our capacity to receive is an important part of manifestation and our ability to receive what we need (including love).

The First Part of the Session will focus on the talking portion. This can include Holistic Healing & Insight, Dating Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and/or Empowerment Coaching. The session will begin by addressing what is needed and the goal of what you want to achieve by the end of the session. This can include addressing various topics in your journey, related to heart-centered work, self-love, love, dating, and romantic relationships.  

 

The Second Part of the Session will be dedicated to you receiving Energy Therapy on my treatment table (you will be fully clothed). Energy Therapy can include Healing Touch, Reiki, & other Customized Energy Techniques as a nurturing, holistic modality to support your success in love and cultivate higher levels of well-being, addressing what is needed most in your session.​

As a Holistic Healer, I am supporting you in each session to Stay in Alignment on All 5 Levels to Achieve Your Goal(s):

• Mental Level- Your beliefs, thought patterns, narratives, perception, & interpretation (in your conscious and subconscious mind)

• Emotional Level- Your emotional vulnerability, emotional resilience, keeping your heart open, & learning how to stay connected to how you feel

• Physical Level- Your well-being, environment, relationships, and living your best life

• Energetic Level- Addressing any energetic blockages, restoring & balancing chakras, and reclaiming your power & essence to support your holistic wholeness 

• Spiritual Level- Creating awareness of the bigger picture when it comes to learning from the life lessons that show up in your life patterns to support your breakthroughs, higher awareness, personal growth, and success ​​​ ​

Each Session can also include other holistic modalities on a smaller scale in your session, such as Breath Work & Body Scan, Heart-Center Healing Techniques, Guided Meditation & Visualization, Affirmations to Help Shift Your Mindset & Emotional Level, Weighted Biofield Tuning Forks, and/or Tibetan Bowls to Support Your Success and Well-being.
